How to place your service on standby
- Once logged-in to Horizon portal with your account, you navigate to “Services” and select the service you wish to set on standby.

- Select the Service Standby button.

- Fill-in the following details:
- “Order Name” a meaningful description (e.g., Standby during Summer months)
- “Start Date” is the day you wish to start the Standby. The earliest you can place a service on standby is the following day at 12:00 AM.
- “End Date” select the date you wish to end service Standby. NOTE: The minimum duration for standby is 5 days.
- “Detail/Note” any details you wish to record for future reference.

Press Next Button
- You can now review your request before creating your order.

- Please confirm Standby.
- Your standby order is now complete.
- You can review your order under “Orders.”

- Your service will also display details about your Standby dates.
