How to place your service on standby



How to place your service on standby


  1. Once logged-in to Horizon portal with your account, you navigate to “Services” and select the service you wish to set on standby. 




  1. Select the Service Standby button.



  1. Fill-in the following details:
  1. “Order Name” a meaningful description (e.g., Standby during Summer months)
  2. “Start Date” is the day you wish to start the Standby. The earliest you can place a service on standby is the following day at 12:00 AM.
  3. “End Date” select the date you wish to end service Standby. NOTE: The minimum duration for standby is 5 days.
  4. “Detail/Note” any details you wish to record for future reference.   


Press Next Button  


  1. You can now review your request before creating your order. 


 

  1. Please confirm Standby. 



  1. Your standby order is now complete.

 


  1. You can review your order under “Orders.”







  1. Your service will also display details about your Standby dates.
